By accessing and using ValoScout (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

ValoScout is an AI-powered opportunity intelligence platform. We provide product and market opportunity analysis, including but not limited to Scout Score™, AI Decision™, Opportunity DNA™, and Opportunity Window™.

Disclaimer: All analyses, scores, timelines, and recommendations provided by ValoScout are strictly advisory and for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain premium features of ValoScout require an active subscription. Payments are processed securely via PayPal. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ValoScout and its licensors. Proprietary terms and concepts, including Scout Score™, Opportunity DNA™, Opportunity Window™, AI Decision™, and ValoScout Report™, are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. AI Disclaimer

Our Service leverages advanced artificial intelligence models to interpret market data and generate insights. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or hallucinations. You acknowledge that AI-generated insights are not guarantees of future market performance. Users are entirely responsible for their own business decisions.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Misuse includes, but is not limited to: scraping or extracting data automatically, reverse engineering platform features, redistributing our reports or scores without authorization, or using the Service for any illegal activities.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of ValoScout is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and share your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ValoScout, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms.
